So the next effort I need to make in order to accept USDC for storage rent, is to find the appropriate offramp.

What are business people using as an offramp these days? 

CB Commerce is where I'm leaning. 

Does it take a piece of the offramp transaction?

Thanks @sid and @gainsley. So the early goal for us at Space Station Self Storage, is to keep our tx costs down on any USDC received as rent payments. Also, we need to have an offramp to our business checking account when we need to cash it out to pay bills where crypto isn't accepted. 
What tx costs can we expect if we just do CB commerce as the offramp from our CB wallet?

Hi @nickjrishwain — the only fee in place today is a 1% fixed fee on Commerce transactions

Would that be the only fee even if we're using it just to pass through to our business checking?
