What is the right way to get into the flow for making proposals. seems like it needs two votes, but I only have one noun. Is the idea to surface them here, find someone to support so I have two votes to make the proposal, and then write the proposal on the discourse to put into into the voting workstream?

Absolutely! Sharing your ideas here is a great start. Collaborate with others to gain the necessary support for your proposal. Once you have two votes, draft it on the discourse for the voting workstream. Community engagement is key!
