We are all deeply connected.
Zoom out and the borders disappear and all you see is 8 billion humankind trying to survive.

When anyone is suffering we all suffer. When anyone is hungry we are all hungry. When people are dying we are all grieving.

This is the collective trauma we are all experiencing. With multiple wars, horrific weather, 1 billion without access to electricity and 500+ million without access to water we are drowning in sorrow. 

I feel this everyday and if you sit quietly for a moment you probably do to. You feel the horror, sadness and cruelty of the world. You feel you pain of humankind flowing through us all.

I don't have the answer but it starts with accepting the truth that we are all deeply connected and our neighbors suffering is our suffering too.
