assuming all combinations of /poapp will be ok given a proper @airstack.eth graphQL query, what will be the possible outcome for a FID in a specific channel ? 

a. read channel
b. cast 
c. reply 
d. like
e. other ?

right now the moderation rules allowed by farcaster are only: 
whose casts appear in the channel
