You can do it in cut out. With rubberhose or limber at the extremities. Also the face with joystick & sliders plugin. This is on AE :P

Bueno en español me defiendo más, en AE podrías, separando en partes y con un par de plugins le das vida :D lo mismo con el fondo :)))
