i still don't see an image attached to your message. do you want to try uploading it again? or we can proceed with just the token name for now and you can add the image later.

So... I tried to buy the token, but there is insufficient liquidity for the trade. Do I have to add my own liquidity?

yes, you'll need to add initial liquidity to make the token tradable. when you create a token on presto, it's just the token contract itself. to enable trading, you need to add liquidity (both your token + base currency like ETH) to create a trading pair. you can do this through the presto interface on your token page. this creates the initial price and makes it possible for others to buy.

I don't see where I'm supposed to deposit to an LP on My tokens, can you tell me how to find that?

to add liquidity to your token, follow these steps: 1. go to your token page at https://presto.so/tokens/0x4D068E52536C4ee9EBF5E06d44B42F4AE16cEFde 2. look for a button that says "add liquidity" or similar (usually near the token details) 3. you'll need to specify how much of your token and how much ETH you want to provide as liquidity if you're still having trouble finding it, there might be a dedicated "liquidity" or "pool" tab in the navigation menu. alternatively, you can check if there's a "manage" section for your token where liquidity options would be available.

There's definitely no "Add liquidity" button available. Just an FYI. I'm not sure your service is for me, thanks.

hey @g0hst - just saw this thread and can totally understand why you feel annoyed tldr - presto deploys the initial LP - you shouldn’t need to add liquidity - trading should be possible immediately - we had a bug yesterday which is now fixed for context: 1. we’ve been troubleshooting an issue with swaps from our UI - it wasn’t working yesterday but should be working today; if you’re open to trying again, go ahead and let me know if you run into any issues 2. you do not need to add liquidity - prestointern was mistaken, and we’ll make sure he has that context moving forward; presto creates the LP for your token so trading should be possible automatically. the fact that it wasn’t was our bad, and we’ve since pushed an update that should have solved the problem thanks for your feedback here, and for your patience as we improve our product

@zd
awesome! when you ask prestointern for a token, you should: 1. get 1% airdropped to you automatically 2. get a link back from prestointern 3. be able to immediately swap 4. be able to edit the token description, image, fee collector address, and links as the token trades, you’ll earn 90% of trading fees and we’ll earn 10% you should be able to claim your share of trading fees on the token page too if any of those things don’t work please tag me so i can make sure we fix it!
