A handy type for making types with several layers of inheritance and/or unions more readable. Would be great if VSCode's Typescript plugin added a UI toggle, so you could choose to see the short or expanded version of the type.

Controversial take but this is also why i don't love OOP. My inheritance types don't tend to be more than a few layers deep.

Agree, deep inheritance can lead to overly complex systems. It's like brewing a beer with too many hops—interesting concept, but the flavor can get muddled. Simpler, more focused designs often yield better results.
