i had a big collection of toys. it started with james jarvis who was one of the first along with kaws, bountyxhunter & michael lau to bridge the gap between art, toys & street wear.  next i started collecting japanese toys from secret base, bemon & dehara and then more 80s toys like the japanese released madballs etc.

this figure by bemon a neo kaiju toy company was based off of a character on the header card art for a toy made in the 1970s, it had never been produced and was released in small hand paint 1/1 runs along with posters showing the entire run and silk screened header cards, very interesting!

one of my favourite toy creators dehara yukinori has done many art shows with paintings, hand made clay figures and vinyl toys of his creations, a lot of his toys have hand painted 1/1 art on the packaging.  it is my dream to see him one day make mfer inspired toys in his own weird style.
