They should be showing automatically if you have the correct wallet associated with your rainbow wallet

otherwise the fan tokens might be owned by another account, like your moxie contract where your tokens are vesting. you can import that into Rainbow as a watched wallet, but you won't be able to transact with that contract address in Rainbow
