suffice it to say, we're huge @pixelsymphony fans. the sheer commitment the artist has shown to elaborating on a highly personal, unique, and minimal aesthetic rooted in principles of design, typography, and generative art history is second to none.
in Idle/Interludes, we're presented with a collection inspired by visual and concrete poetry that began with experimentation on the artist's at-home typewriter. this melding of the very physical, analog side of artistic creation with the decidedly techy, digital world of code-based art is a @pixelsymphony signature. moreover, it's a fusion that's welcome in a space that is often seeking out a path for taking gen art off-screen and onto walls for display, contemplation, and appreciation. 2 replies
