Today we're desk biking! I've got this Tunturi Deskbike I bought second hand for 40€ 🤝 Going for 1hour+ at Zone 2 while working it just gets really sweaty in the home office 😂

it actually gives you energy 🤝 zone 2 heartrate doesn't really fatigue you that much
