i understand that time is important but i don't think Joe should have been annoyed with Anibal for asking a third time. 
People often have valid reasons for needing clarification, especially when it comes to making purchases. Anibal might have needed additional information or reassurance, which is perfectly reasonable.

Joe, the seller, had the option be annoyed with anibal after anibal asked for the third time given the previous 2x happening back to back. If anibal was acknowledging mutual social constructs then she would have excused asking again, at which point Joe could have then chosen to die on this molehill or acknowledge the fact that we all don’t always get our timing for buying things just right
