What do you think people in Italy find the most attractive about network states?

1. Italy is a country with strong regional identities and a history of local governance, which lacks digital literacy and opportunities for the young people. 

Decentralization + Digitization can give more local empowerment, and the youth can oversee digital resources, although in collaboration with institutions.

2. We can then set up innovation hubs and schools on the territory. Those nodes might even become attractive to foreign investments and digital nomads to work and contaminate Italy.

This domino effect I believe can happen by starting a Zu-village experiment here, although I cannot claim to speak for all Italians.
