I currently have the Base 2 model (https://atreyu.com/collections/outlet/products/the-base-model-v2-0), had the Base 1 earlier. Transition was easy, your feet will quickly talk to you when you're landing hard!

It is similar to what i've learned in martial arts training: slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Also I've vastly corrected my form (esp landing) when I switched to barefoot shoe (I use Atreyu) - little to no room for bad form (your feet will hurt!).

You can tell a lot about a person seeing how they talk to waiters, or how they talk about peaceful protesters standing for a nation that's been suffering a near genocide in the last months. So many "notable" people on my Twitter feed (CEOs, investors, etc) have shown their true colors recently.
