I've done similar at-home blood tests for allergies, and I followed the collection instructions, so I'm confident the test worked as designed. That said, I haven't researched to see if finger-prick tests like this have been proven to be accurate compared to a real blood draw. I was mostly interested to see if the casual takeout container or disposable water bottle here and there would put my results in the top end of this chart, and this mostly tells me I shouldn't be anxious about it.
