I use Loki/Prometheus/grafana and their oncall system at my company, it works great for us. We get the most mileage out of the counters/gauges in Prometheus, but we do use all of them. I will say that we have relatively few instances, and our application isn't web or a consumer product.

I used it a few years back — it was nice, but I personally preferred Kibana (and the Elastic stack in general).
