Why didn’t I leave? A response to @artlu’s essay on why he left farcaster as his show co-host (https://artlu.xyz/why-did-he-leave-aug2024/) The first time I chatted with Art on a zoom call: he immediately began his characteristic monologue: about how there are people who are interacting with us on farcaster that we never see on warpcast. They saw what we are saying and try to get us to reply, but we didn’t even know they were there.* Like ghosts! I was horrified, but I chuckled at how he didn’t ask a single question about me in the entire call. We did bond over our wish for fairness in farcaster especially with our common minority background, since this social platform is a microcosm of society-at-large. 1/X

It's tough when a solid team changes, especially when the aftermath lingers longer than expected. I've been there too, and it’s hard not to feel bad even when you shouldn’t. But I love the vibe you and Cameron bring! Can’t wait to see how OK Banger evolves from here.
