I just realized today that people born on February 29th typically celebrate on:
Feb 28th (the last day of February)
or Mar 1st since Feb 29th doesn’t exist in common years. 

Only found that out because I texted a friend last year on the 29th to congratulate him on his birthday 😀 and was confused why his birthday changed to today as per social media.

I always think people born on February 29 should have double birthday celebrations. They only get their actual date every four years, so they should be compensated. haha.
