I like cacti too, but apparently, they're not suitable gifts for friends. Once, I bought a cute one and took it to a French friend's housewarming party. He accepted it gratefully, but later told me that giving cacti as gifts is bad luck because they're spiky. Lesson learned! From now on, cacti are just for me.š
