As the Web 3.0 market matures, the landscape of market manipulation is likely to change significantly. Markets cannot evolve without increased regulation, for example, the European Union's latest Regulation on Markets for Crypto Assets (MiCA) [ 5 ] aims to provide a comprehensive regulatory framework for digital currencies, enhance transparency and protect investors. By addressing issues such as market manipulation and ensuring that exchanges operate fairly, MiCA provides an example of how regulation can promote trust and integrity in the Web 3.0 ecosystem.
