i like it, i remember hearing some founder say "if it doesnt get it closer to X goal, change what you're doing so it does get you closer" or something like that

what's a stated vs revealed preference you were surprised by (with users on warpcast)

@v and I pick the goal (qDAU) and then co-create the strategy / tactics we want to try for the next 1-2 months.

We're not perfect (and I'm usually the one that gets distracted by something shiny), but getting better at saying no to working on X or Y if it doesn't map to the goal / strategy / tactics for the period

figuring out goal is easy enough (social networks need DAU to be successfu), strategy and tactics can shift and based off 1) we the use product a lot ourselves b) talking to users for stated preferences c) looking at data for revealed preferences.
