got eye strain for first time back in march when was deep in frames, sucks.

It did make me do all my session planning up front though. Including what files I would change and what order, all in my head, so I could minimize screen time.

ended up getting new lenses with closer prescription but went away and stopped used them after I stopped coding 16h a day.
