reasons:
- bs funding without considering actual critique of rounds
- slow treasury spending on retroactive funding (should be more)
- overcomplicated discord that goes mute the moment you join
- instead of pushing for public goods on farcaster the dao has no strategy or visible long term goals

agreed the bs funding is the biggest issue, also didn't know there was a discord, i thought most of the discourse was here on farcaster

i 100% agree there is no "north star" the dao is trying to achieve, i believe we need to define it
