the biggest arbitrage I've ever executed on was moving thousands of units of dead stock (led zeppelin t shirts that were headed to walmart) from an abandoned trailer to amazon fba. not something I would want to do again tho.

$20k & nearly 10xed in gross, profit was about half that. which was fine with me since all I had to do was prep the inventory.
