📣 Draft spec for miniapp transaction requests. Goals are to 1) let composer actions and miniapps request transactions from the user's wallet and 2) keep this as similar to frame transactions as possible.

I would really prefer if the API using postMessage is following the JSON-RPC 2.0 spec

Cool thing about using JSON-RPC 2.0 is you can then create a postMessage transport and optionally some custom actions and use viem/wagmi to do this
