People don't use Tevm or viem enough to answer questions about a chain

So I have been cooking up a CLI to change this. Still a WIP but here is an early preview

1. Pick any tevm/viem action and run it in cli with optional flags to set values `bunx tevm call`.

2. The cli opens your preferred editor with your query where you can edit the query

3. Save and close the editor to execute the query

It combines the speed and convenience of cast with the powerful customization and ergonomics of TypeScript

You can test out the CLI today and provide feedback on features you want. Expect many bugs though as it's still a work in progress
