I like tortang talong, which is basically fried eggplant with egg 😂 
There is also ginataang gulay, people cook it with pork and shrimp but not necessary, it has squash, green beans, moringa leaves cooked in coconut milk haha i'm getting hungry talking about it

Most vegetarian but highest only chicken 🐔, no more
