Ape Framework

I’m a programmer who's working on the ape framework and codes outside.

The plugin system of /apeframework is GOATed for many reasons, but one of the best: when things go wrong, plugins isolate issues better than a monolithic design

For example, @antazoey and I just debugged two separate but seemingly-related issues with using Optimism, turns out one was actually an Infura issue

Working on fixes in parallel to these issues, and users can use a different provider plugin (Alchemy, Chainstack, etc.) in the mean time
