The number of people who don't understand that China thinks Taiwan is a part of China, and therefore invading it is a domestic security issue (to them, and anyone who agrees with them) and not a foreign invasion (like say Ukraine), really astonishes me

Also most people don't get that Taiwan also thinks mainland China is *theirs*, and additionally *the US does not agree or disagree with either of them*, making the issue extra complicated They will do it, likely soon, and we will see quite a few nations turn ignore it under the guise that it is just resolving a "domestic dispute"
