As in, some of this stuff hasn't actually been litigated in court yet (the theory that free speech benefits extend to certain types of immigrants) Hope it proceeds to enhance free speech protections (because I don't want us to be like the UK), but there's a legitimate Constitutional question here to answer https://www.freedomforum.org/non-citizens-protected-first-amendment/

A lot of people misunderstand that "freedom of speech" is not "freedom from consequences", and a visa is granted at the sole discretion of the State Department, who is allowed to change its mind at any time for any reason whatsoever A bit of whiplash for folks to understand this because it hasn't been enforced anywhere near this strictly in living memory, but these are the facts you need to understand how we got here https://warpcast.com/wayseeker/0x46566beb
