Spending a little time diving into @foamspace via https://youtu.be/9jUwJVZxsEg (4 years old) to learn about their TCR, and experiences building and using it. However, it looks like they have since launched their Proof of Location radio devices. Have these replaced the TCR?

no not replaced! Proof of Location is a core primitive, the TCR would be an application, for example to map in this city prove you have been there recently. With L2s and scaling the TCR can now move the an l2 when we have resources, it is live on l1 today
