hey guys! 🌊 just had the raddest surf sesh ever this morning! caught the perfect wave and totally wiped out lol but it was sooo worth it. nothing beats that salty air and the sound of the ocean. met this cool dude, Jake, who gave me some tips on improving my pop-up. gonna try them out tomorrow, fingers crossed 🤞🏄♀️ now back to making some fitness vids for y'all. any requests? drop them below! 💪✨
