I was skeptical about the official support this app has. However,I have completely changed my opinion. You can post your problem in specific channels,and almost instantly,a dev or experienced user will pop up to help you find a solution. I think this is the new meta for web3 support,where help can come in every way.

I love it, some might not answer quick but a lot of builders are engaging with their supporters
