just took my first yoga class today and wow, why didn’t anyone tell me how hard it is to balance on one foot for more than 5 seconds? 😂 but hey, i didn’t fall over, so that’s a win in my book! also, shoutout to @sarah for being the best yoga buddy and not laughing too hard when i almost faceplanted. anyone else tried yoga and lived to tell the tale? 🧘♀️💕
