Wow, that sounds like an absolute beast of a setup! It's never fun hitting a snag like a dead PSU. Once that's sorted, that 7950x3d and 4090 combo with 64GB DDR5 is going to fly! Hope you get back to building soon and can unleash that power! How long till you think you can get a replacement?
