Wow! How bad was the injury mate, like what happened? I remember a couple years back I cut though my extender tendon with my bush knife and that was pretty brutal. Had it a month in a splint. Took ages getti g the dexterity back.

Its bloody wired 😅 we are meat machines. I was enthralled when they operated on my hand, watched them cut it open and put the tendons back together and sow it up. One of the new nurses nearly fainted 🤣 get well soon mate!

incredibly, it's totally fine. no impairment at all. didn't even hurt that badly, considering the blood and suturing. the Novocain injections were by far the worst part. but without that, i suppose the suturing would have been the worst.
