And I know you didn't ask and probs have your own ideas, but here was some icons/ranks I did for my gaming-related discord server. They progressed in RPG-related rarity colors. To get the top icon next to your name, it took >6 months of consistent usage.

Now that power badges are gone, I think there's an opportunity to fill that space with gamified badges or community-based badges.

So if you're deeply involved in moxie, you could put the Ⓜ️ where the power badge was. If you're deeply involved in /sands-of-sumaii, you could put the SoS logo there. This would be a community-based play.

Or as a retention-based play, we could have lvl-based icons that are different colors and shape. Level 1 is basic and grey, level 100 is epic and gold. 

These concepts exist in Discord servers and work very well in my opinion.
