The best part of composability that users don’t get locked in with particular experience! @hypersub doesn’t need to implement and create everything That’s how /consumercrypto should be

Can you explain what “composability” means in this context? Farcaster devs throw that word around a lot. What do they mean by it?

it means that there are different building blocks you can permissionlessly or with minimal interaction with founders of the protocol or interface integrate into your system and this way provide richer experience

So… APIs? Or something more. (Remember when everyone was wild for REST “mashups”?)

on different levels before the API was at hands of the centralised entity, and people would not build other blocks on top of it, because it was more likely to disappear with Blockchain you get procol level API, which you can consume directly, or through a high-level API for better performance, the API itself can also be wrapped into SDK for simplicity of integration into your app or service You can also build a UX block on top of it, or you can build a widget Depending on your usecase you can choose the level of composability you need But it's not perfect, and it shouldn't be, Blockchain can disappear, contracts implementations can be updated, metadata might be stored in a centralised storage, and so on.
