I work in a small organization, my salary consists of a salary and a bonus. I am 31 years old. I recently found out that I receive 40% less than my colleagues, doing exactly the same work, with the same targets. The difference is not in the bonus, but in the salary because of the name of the rates. Conventionally, they are senior specialists, and I am just a specialist. But there are no differences in working hours or functionality. I work as well as the others. I'm asking for your advice on what to do. Argumentatively ask for a raise, and if they refuse, quit?
