That’s accounting for the cell at the size they are. The total convoluted surface area packed into all of your cells is equivalent to that much surface area

oh yeah i get that, what i was trying to ask which i phrased poorly was do you know the total surface area of all of one’s cells spread out or what its equivalent to ?

Estimate one mitochondrial surface area, then count how many in each cell, then multiply by the number of cells in the body
