In crypto we tend to forget the hoops people will jump through if they really want something

If you think your product is failing because the ux is bad then you may have bigger problems

Isn’t it possible that people jump through hoops despite bad UX only when the value is overwhelmingly high—so if your product isn’t getting traction, isn’t poor UX still a valid culprit

I agree - if your product isn’t getting traction it’s probably because the value isn’t high enough to the user
