How are tokens deployed by Clanker being seeded with liquidity? Who is paying for this?

Pretty sure the clanker team make an insane amount of money off fees which they use in part to create new tokens. You can check the blockchain to see how much it costs to deploy a token. As far as I know it's usually around $0.70 each time.
