I guess you could use the website's API for getting user scores if you don't care about it being onchain. The API also returns the verified address for the account you input if you need that.

Hmm. I was looking at the getScoreWithEvent option for the contract as it says it uses gas fees. I thought it would mean that it updates the score for a user using the gas fees and then returns the new score but it looks like it doesn't do that at all and just returns the score already onchain.

Additionally, reading the inputs for setScores transactions by the neynar team shows the minimum score to be put on chain is 0.96. I'm assuming that's what a value of 960,000 means. Also, at 1,294 inputs per transaction across 51 setScores calls it looks like only ~66,000 users have onchain neynar scores.
