I think AI and generative art are super interesting but I donโ€™t think they'll ever truly replace the role of the artist. Whether itโ€™s music, paintings, etc. โ€” I think, if anything, those with a vision and the skills to see it through will become even more desirable than those who rely on prompts and algorithms.

People are overestimating the current power of AI. Itโ€™s AGI that we should be scared of, not the current AI versions that are mostly incorrect and inconsistently providing the wrong answers. No matter how good are at prompt engineering, AI is not perfect.

I believe that the first step for AI is to enhance our own abilities, maybe a chip implanted in our brain. Weโ€™ll see things differently, some people will become more humane bit others worse than they are now ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ
