I’m more worried about this and the blinding desire of mainstream crypto to recapitulate all the old problems in new clothes

@brian_armstrong Unless they vacate or dismiss every settlement and order coerced out of every crypto company - and return the fines - all they’ve done is enable regulatory capture for Coinbase.
