Yeah , nothing is guaranteed this fuzzy slow development process with bias, personality, blind spots etc 

Relationships as a vehicle for potential to unlock growth is great

If the projection can be caught than is it a reflection? 

Perhaps that’s why relationships can be a fast track for growing since the other person reflects back the work needed to be healed.
