I feel connected when I am being seen and given space. I get into a nonverbal verbal state where I can simply be in the moment. It feels nourishing and calming at the same time. But that’s also depends on the type of connection.. intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual and so on.. thank you for asking 🙏✨
