Yes! We've built out a system that lets Snaps construct interactive user interfaces using JSX syntax. Leaning towards React where possible with some differences in input handling still. Here's a basic example: https://github.com/MetaMask/snaps/tree/main/packages/examples/packages/jsx

You don't need React or React native, it all runs off the Snaps SDK. But if you're familiar with either you'll feel right at home!

Unfortunately it wouldn't currently be directly compatible, since you have forced to use the components exposed by the Snaps system as you building blocks. No raw HTML.
