š Regarding the arrest of Telegram founder Pavel Durov in France, Vitalik Buterin commented: I have criticized Telegram before for not taking encryption seriously. But (given the information available at the moment: the charge seems to be only "unmoderation" and non-disclosure of people's data), this looks very bad and alarming for the future of software freedom and communications in Europe.
