Call your friends regularly. Chat with them. Check up on their health and well being. Maintain your relationships. Because one day you will need them. Not may. Will. And there is nothing as annoying to someone as not hearing from you for a long time, only for you to suddenly call them and ask them for money, favours or help. It portrays you as a parasite, even if you are not really one. No matter the emergency you are facing, if they were not your priority when things were going well for you, why should you be their concern when things are not in a good state? And trying to hide the reason for your call by starting a fake conversation before you 'suddenly' remember the favour is even worse. They can spot that fake conversation even before you start it. So, avoid that and maintain the relationship so you can retain it.

In every phone call you make or receive, always assume you are being recorded and don't get carried away. Never be so relaxed you begin to say what you cannot defend if it is made public. It will save you from so much stress in life. And don't even limit it to phone calls. If you are with a group of people and they bring up a negative discussion about a third party not present, don't join in. Act as if that third party is present and can hear what you are saying. Because people are manipulative. They will go and tell that person what you said, but they will never tell them that they initiated the conversation or what they said that made you say what you said.

Manage time appropriately, and money pursues you. Develop relationships, and money catches up with you. Acquire wisdom, and money overtakes you.

Poor people often look for rich people to be their destiny helpers. And that is often why they stay poor. Because the rich will hardly help you if you can't first help them. No matter how broke you are, do not approach wealthy folk about what they can do for you. Instead, your pitch should be what you can do for them. Forget about your poverty for a minute and think of a need they have and how best you can meet it. That is your visa into their world. And once you start walking with the wealthy, the rest will be history. Copied##

Once you get a taste of life at the top, you never want to leave it. That is why you should leave your comfort zone and do things to inspire you to improve yourself. Go and price a brand new Mercedes. Sit in it. If possible, take it for a test drive. Stop thinking like a poor man and asking questions like, 'What if I damage the car?' Don't worry about accidents. If anything happens while you are test driving the car, the dealership has comprehensive insurance. You are covered. You will not pay a dime. Struggle and fly Business or First Class once. Once you experience these tastes of life at the top, you won't want to remain at the bottom, and your mind will start generating ideas to help you grow your income so you can make the top living a permanent situation. #GM GM Fams
